Hermès Talent Acquisition Manager

- Serve as the Talent Acquisition expert for Hermès US operations including Retail, Corporate, e-Commerce, and Service Centers.
- Design, implement, and manage company-wide talent acquisition programs.
- Manage in-house talent systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on candidate experience.
- Manage vendor relationships related to recruitment and pre-boarding.
- Design, implement, and manage talent sourcing activities to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure onboarding documents are up to date and legally compliant.
- Conduct regular meetings with leaders and hiring managers for recruitment status updates.
- Enhance diverse hiring initiatives in partnership with Talent Development.
- Provide management teams with talent sourcing and interview skills training.
- Collaborate with HRBP team to support and implement new programs impacting the employee value proposition.
- Evolve the design and messaging of employer branding in partnership with the Global team.
- Facilitate internal mobility processes for transfers, promotions, and relocations.
- Own special projects and initiatives to enhance candidate experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition role.
- Prior experience managing Talent Acquisition programs.
- Experience in luxury retail and/or service-oriented organization preferred.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong skills in high volume recruitment across all levels.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to move quickly and decisively, influence others, and ask for support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use technology to gather, interpret, organize, and present data.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition role, preferably in luxury retail or service-oriented organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The range for this position is $78,899.00 - $131,499.00 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
