Hermès Talent Acquisition Manager

- Serve as the Talent Acquisition expert for Hermès US operations including Retail, Corporate, e-Commerce, and Service Centers.
- Design, implement, and manage company-wide talent acquisition programs to optimize hiring processes.
- Manage in-house talent systems, focusing on enhancing the candidate experience.
- Oversee vendor relationships related to recruitment and pre-boarding, including staffing agencies and background screenings.
- Design and manage talent sourcing activities, including job description templates, postings, and interview processes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure onboarding documents are compliant and relevant.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners on full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Conduct regular meetings with leaders and hiring managers to update on recruitment status.
- Enhance diverse hiring initiatives in partnership with Talent Development.
- Provide talent sourcing and interview skills training in collaboration with Learning & Development.
- Support and implement new programs impacting the employee value proposition with the HRBP team.
- Evolve employer branding design and messaging in partnership with the Global team.
- Facilitate internal mobility processes, including transfers, promotions, and relocations.
- Own special projects to enhance the candidate experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition role.
- Prior experience managing Talent Acquisition programs.
- Experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organizations preferred.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong skills in high-volume recruitment across all levels.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to move quickly, influence others, and seek support when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for data management and presentation.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a high-volume Talent Acquisition role, preferably within luxury retail or service-oriented organizations.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The salary range for this position is $78,899.00 - $131,499.00 annually, based on job, location, and individual experience.
