1. Provide alteration services to customers.
2. Alter various types of ready-to-wear garments for customers as needed.
3. Offer alteration and tailoring support to stores without an in-house tailor.
4. Instruct team members on proper measurement techniques for alterations.
5. Conduct briefings on alterations for newly launched seasonal ready-to-wear collections.
6. Coordinate and communicate alteration schedules and updates with relevant parties.

1. Relevant experience in a luxury brand or similar capacity.

1. Proficiency in performing various alterations.
2. Fluency in Cantonese; proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
3. Reliability, pleasant demeanor, hard-working nature, service orientation, and strong organizational skills.

Experience in a luxury brand or similar capacity is required.
