- Assist in the deployment of the Group's sustainability strategy across various métiers and subsidiaries.
- Develop and implement internal training programs on sustainability, ensuring effective participation and execution.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, including intranet updates and collaboration with communication teams.
- Support the creation of the sustainability report and respond to rating agencies and surveys.
- Engage in corporate and group projects related to carbon, circularity, biodiversity, and local impact.
- Coordinate student projects with partner schools, integrating various business functions.
- Participate in the management of the Group's sustainability network, including internal committees and conferences.
- Facilitate communication and engagement within the network of sustainability ambassadors.
- Strong understanding of sustainability issues.
- Educational background or experience in human, technical, financial, and communication aspects of sustainability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle numerical data with precision.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Pragmatism, organizational skills, and autonomy.
- Ability to synthesize information and focus on essentials.
