Hermès Sustainability Project Assistant Intern

- Support the Sustainability Project Manager in ongoing projects.
- Enhance the circularity of industrial scraps and waste by reusing them within production chains.
- Reduce the use of plastics in operations.
- Prepare for regulatory compliance with the AGEC law (Article 74) concerning textile production waste.
- Gather information on textile waste management across various sites and conduct assessments.
- Propose action plans for compliance with the AGEC law.
- Assist sites in reducing the carbon footprint of employee commuting.
- Collect and analyze mobility data to propose impactful actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field with a specialization in Environment, Textile, or Leather.
- Enrollment in a Master's program in project management or innovation.
- Project management expertise.
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices.
- Basic understanding of textiles is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
- Creativity and innovation mindset.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomous work ethic.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Fieldwork enthusiasm.
No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with project management and sustainability concepts is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field, preferably with a specialization in Environment, Textile, or Leather.
