Hermès Sustainability Project Assistant Intern

- Support the creation of eco-designed offerings, utilizing in-stock materials and optimizing waste, in collaboration with product managers and the design studio.
- Lead component substitution projects to promote the use of more ecological alternatives.
- Create and maintain bill of materials on PLM systems for artisan training.
- Monitor the repairability index of products.
- Establish and analyze eco-design activity indicators through database creation and analysis.
- Conduct market studies and competitive intelligence.
- Perform product lifecycle analyses and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Final-year student in business school, engineering, IFM, or sustainability studies.
- Previous internship experience demonstrating maturity and analytical skills.
- Strong sensitivity to sustainability issues.
- Rigorous organizational skills and intellectual agility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in synthesis, methodology, and flexibility.
- Open-mindedness and a keen interest in continuous improvement and sustainability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PowerBi proficiency is an advantage.
Previous internship experience in a related field is required.
Final-year student in business school, engineering, IFM, or sustainability studies.
