- Support the RSE & Compliance team in preparing for the renewal of certification according to Responsible Jewelry Council standards.
- Continuously update tools for monitoring supplier audit panels.
- Assist team members in organizing audit follow-ups, including supplier support, explanations, and action plan implementation.
- Contribute to the processing of RSE data from internal workshops and suppliers, including carbon and water assessments.
- Collect and synthesize market data from jewelry sector publications regarding environmental and social performance.
- Map traceability solutions for relevant raw materials.
- Assist in optimizing packaging across the value chain to eliminate plastic.
- Ensure implementation and quantification of packaging changes, providing support to value chain stakeholders as needed.
- Organize tests for new packaging, packaging elimination, and circularization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +4/5).
- Experience in a similar industry or subject is advantageous.
- Interest in cross-functional project management and teamwork.
- Demonstrated rigor, curiosity, and agility.
- Proficiency in French and English, with a third language being a plus.
- Proficiency in Power BI and comfort with numerical analysis and modeling.
