1. Manage the Responsible Sourcing Strategy for Hermès Bijouterie-Joaillerie.
2. Oversee the RSE audit program for suppliers, focusing on HSE, traceability, and compliance.
3. Support suppliers in their environmental transition.
4. Contribute to the sustainable strategy for precious metals sourcing.
5. Deploy decarbonization projects in partnership with the Sustainable Development Coordinator.
6. Maintain existing certifications, including RJC certification.
7. Represent the métier in industry forums and contribute to self-regulation standards.

1. Master's degree in HSE or Sustainable Development preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project structuring and management, ideally in a manufacturing SME context.
3. Ability to navigate regulatory environments (legislative, customs, REACH, ISO).
4. Knowledge of sustainability themes such as Carbon and Life Cycle Analysis.

1. Excellent HSE knowledge.
2. Proficient in cross-functional project management and reporting.
3. Strong numerical skills and KPI orientation.
4. Exceptional negotiation and influence management skills.
5. Fluent in professional English; Italian or German is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in project management within a manufacturing context.

Master's degree in a relevant field.

Regular travel within France and Europe is required.
