Hermès Sustainability Audit Coordinator

- Support operational teams in assessing CSR risks within the Women's Ready-to-Wear value chain.
- Assist in analyzing audit results of business partners and monitoring the implementation of action plans.
- Contribute to the documentation and evaluation of suppliers on sustainability topics using group-provided documents and partner interactions.
- Ensure the preservation of associated documents on internal communication networks such as intranet and shared folders.
- Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business, Engineering, or a specialized Master's program.
- Experience in HSE/Social audits, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and organized with strong analytical and operational skills.
- Excellent pedagogical and diplomatic abilities, comfortable in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; interest in information systems is appreciated.
Experience in HSE/Social audits, ideally within an industrial environment.
Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business, Engineering, or a specialized Master's program.
