1. Support operational teams in assessing CSR risks within the Women's Ready-to-Wear value chain.
2. Assist in analyzing audit results of business partners and monitoring the implementation of action plans.
3. Contribute to the documentation and evaluation of suppliers on sustainability topics using group-provided documents and partner interactions.
4. Ensure the preservation of associated documents on internal communication networks such as intranet and shared folders.

1. Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business, Engineering, or a specialized Master's program.
2. Experience in HSE/Social audits, preferably in an industrial setting.

1. Autonomous, meticulous, and organized with strong analytical and operational skills.
2. Excellent pedagogical and diplomatic abilities, comfortable in multicultural environments.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; interest in information systems is appreciated.

Experience in HSE/Social audits, ideally within an industrial environment.
