Hermès Sustainability and Traceability Project Manager

- Define and disseminate the timeline for upcoming collections.
- Maintain a tracking system for technical documents by season and collection.
- Collect and manage supplier and material certifications, customs documents, and production attestations.
- Update the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system with technical documents and certifications.
- Open accounts for new suppliers and manage regulatory documents and financial inquiries.
- Identify production countries for selected materials and engage suppliers to trace value chains.
- Report traceability data for risk analysis and certification challenges.
- Participate in sustainability committees and disseminate relevant information to development teams.
- Communicate material dimensions for scoring and provide data for CSRD and carbon footprint reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality department on material specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in sustainability and traceability within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and quality standards in luxury fashion.
- Experience in managing supplier relationships and compliance documentation.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in PLM systems and data management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on complex data sets.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, traceability, or a related field within the fashion industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
