- Support the analysis of priority supply chains and consolidate associated data, focusing on agricultural and livestock sectors such as leather, wool, cashmere, wood, and other plant materials.
- Develop tangible projects to reduce impacts on water, carbon, and biodiversity by engaging external stakeholders of Hermès Maison.
- Manage and calculate the impact gains associated with all projects.
- Oversee internal communication regarding actions taken with operational actors related to the development of concerned products.
- Propose and initiate new initiatives specific to the métier, focusing on dedicated animal or plant supply chains.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in agronomy or related engineering fields.
- Demonstrated rigor and involvement in professional tasks.
- Strong communication skills with an analytical and synthetic mindset.
- Project management experience or knowledge.
- Curiosity and strong listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Autonomy and proactive approach.
No specific professional experience required, but project management knowledge is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in agronomy or related field.
