1. Support the analysis of priority supply chains and consolidate associated data, focusing on agricultural and livestock sectors such as leather, wool, cashmere, wood, and other plant materials.
2. Develop tangible projects to reduce impacts on water, carbon, and biodiversity by engaging external stakeholders of Hermès Maison.
3. Manage and calculate the impact gains associated with all projects.
4. Oversee internal communication regarding actions taken with operational actors related to the development of concerned products.
5. Propose and initiate new initiatives specific to the métier, focusing on dedicated animal or plant supply chains.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in agronomy or related engineering fields.
2. Demonstrated rigor and involvement in professional tasks.
3. Strong communication skills with an analytical and synthetic mindset.

1. Project management experience or knowledge.
2. Curiosity and strong listening skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Autonomy and proactive approach.

No specific professional experience required, but project management knowledge is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in agronomy or related field.
