1. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and roadmap product traceability functionalities.
2. Articulate and document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
3. Prioritize and schedule development tasks in conjunction with application solution managers.
4. Ensure functionalities are developed in alignment with documented requirements and specifications through functional testing.
5. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user objectives and needs.
6. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of needs and expectations.
7. Ensure solutions are supportable and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
8. Provide third-level support expertise in collaboration with solution experts.
9. Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to enhance traceability functionalities.
10. Maintain documentation and provide assistance to business units regarding IT traceability functionalities.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years experience in software product management.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including logistics, manufacturing, and subcontracting, with a focus on product traceability.
4. Proficiency in IT solution architecture, PLM, ERP, WMS.
