- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and roadmap product traceability functionalities.
- Articulate and document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision.
- Prioritize and schedule development tasks in conjunction with application solution managers.
- Ensure functionalities are developed in alignment with documented requirements and specifications through functional testing.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user objectives and needs.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of needs and expectations.
- Ensure solutions are supportable and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Provide third-level support expertise in collaboration with solution experts.
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to enhance traceability functionalities.
- Maintain documentation and provide assistance to business units regarding IT traceability functionalities.
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in software product management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including logistics, manufacturing, and subcontracting, with a focus on product traceability.
- Proficiency in IT solution architecture, PLM, ERP, WMS.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for leading meetings, training, and challenging assumptions.
- Pedagogical aptitude.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and V-Model methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
