1. Synchronize production and distribution plans in collaboration with internal and external partners.
2. Construct and oversee the execution of distribution plans, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
3. Identify potential delays and obstacles in the supply chain, providing solutions to mitigate risks.
4. Manage demand planning, ensuring market readiness in terms of volumes, timelines, and tools.
5. Coordinate logistics to secure market launches, including managing packaging and consumables.
6. Centralize and ensure the supply of specific components, coordinating with the logistics center.
7. Propose optimizations for distribution flows and ensure the functionality of reporting tools.
8. Lead projects aimed at product revaluation and enhancement.

1. Degree in engineering or business school with a specialization in supply chain management.
2. Previous significant experience in planning, logistics, procurement, or sales forecasting.
3. Proficiency in supply chain dynamics and a desire to specialize further in this field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with assertiveness.
3. Curiosity and proactivity in a team-oriented environment.
4. Adaptability and perseverance in dynamic and complex settings.
5. Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
6. Fluency in English.

A significant prior experience in a similar role involving planning, logistics, procurement, or sales forecasting is required.
