- Synchronize production and distribution plans in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Construct and oversee the execution of distribution plans, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
- Identify potential delays and obstacles in the supply chain, providing solutions to mitigate risks.
- Manage demand planning, ensuring market readiness in terms of volumes, timelines, and tools.
- Coordinate logistics to secure market launches, including managing packaging and consumables.
- Centralize and ensure the supply of specific components, coordinating with the logistics center.
- Propose optimizations for distribution flows and ensure the functionality of reporting tools.
- Lead projects aimed at product revaluation and enhancement.
- Degree in engineering or business school with a specialization in supply chain management.
- Previous significant experience in planning, logistics, procurement, or sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in supply chain dynamics and a desire to specialize further in this field.
- Methodical and rigorous with strong analytical and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with assertiveness.
- Curiosity and proactivity in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability and perseverance in dynamic and complex settings.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Fluency in English.
- Interest in technology and the Hermès-Apple partnership.
A significant prior experience in a similar role involving planning, logistics, procurement, or sales forecasting is required.
Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in supply chain management.
