Hermès Supply Chain Planning Intern

- Support operational activities within the planning and scheduling function.
- Develop and manage production plans to ensure maximum customer service levels, aligning with production capacities and material availability.
- Schedule and dispatch components to manufacturers according to the production plan.
- Monitor activities, update and analyze progress indicators, identify discrepancies, and propose necessary adjustments.
- Track and analyze anomalies in production orders across the supply chain and suggest corrective actions.
- Contribute to the optimization or standardization of routines, operating procedures, tracking files, or indicators.
- Pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Planning, Continuous Improvement, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel and other IT tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Autonomy and effective communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset.
No prior professional experience is required, but relevant academic coursework or projects in supply chain planning or logistics are preferred.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field.
