- Master and continuously oversee business processes and applications related to planning (APS, ERP).
- Actively participate in corrective and application maintenance of the IT system.
- Propose evolution scenarios aligned with business orientations and target processes.
- Optimize the use of state-of-the-art technology in collaboration with enterprise architecture and application vendors.
- Maintain functional and technical knowledge to ensure the sustainability of the IT system.
- Contribute to system evolution in line with business strategy.
- Propose improvements to the IT system respecting performance and cost objectives.
- Configure and model evolutions within the APS.
- Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, acceptance, and training of support teams.
- Ensure effective transition and production deployment of projects.
- Participate in incident management and provide level 3 support on APS.
- Contribute to the evolution of service contracts and satisfaction indicators.
- Facilitate training for new users.
- Ensure system performance and compliance with current standards.
- Serve as a key liaison between IT, users, and IT stakeholders.
- Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5) with extensive experience in supply chain and planning.
- Strong experience in APS configuration and modeling.
- Good understanding of technical architectures.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Dynamic, excellent communicator with a strong customer service orientation.
- Expertise in supply chain planning processes (PIC/PMT, forecasts, commercial scheduling, PDP/PDA).
- Technical and functional expertise in APS and ERP systems.
- Ability to propose and implement IT system improvements.
- Strong relational skills and ability to structure and present ideas.
- Interest in innovative topics.
Over 5 years of experience in supply chain with a focus on planning, having contributed to significant projects in business or IT.
Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5).
