1. Master and continuously oversee business processes and applications related to planning (APS, ERP).
2. Actively participate in corrective and application maintenance of the IT system.
3. Propose evolution scenarios aligned with business orientations and target processes.
4. Optimize the use of state-of-the-art technology in collaboration with enterprise architecture and application vendors.
5. Maintain functional and technical knowledge to ensure the sustainability of the IT system.
6. Contribute to system evolution in line with business strategy.
7. Propose improvements to the IT system respecting performance and cost objectives.
8. Configure and model evolutions within the APS.
9. Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders.
10. Participate in testing, acceptance, and training of support teams.
11. Ensure effective transition and production deployment of projects.
12. Participate in incident management and provide level 3 support on APS.
13. Contribute to the evolution of service contracts and satisfaction indicators.
14. Facilitate training for new users.
15. Ensure system performance and compliance with current standards.
16. Serve as a key liaison between IT, users, and IT stakeholders.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5) with extensive experience in supply chain and planning.
2. Strong experience in APS configuration and modeling.
3. Good understanding of technical architectures.
4. Professional proficiency in English.
5. Dynamic, excellent communicator with a strong customer service orientation.

1. Expertise in supply chain planning processes (PIC/PMT, forecasts, commercial scheduling, PDP/PDA).
2. Technical and functional expertise in APS and ERP systems.
3. Ability to propose and implement IT system improvements.
4. Strong relational skills and ability to structure and present ideas.
5. Interest in innovative topics.

Over 5 years of experience in supply chain with a focus on planning, having contributed to significant projects in business or IT.

Engineering degree or equivalent (BAC+5).
