Hermès Supply Chain Intern

- Configure master data for procurement in the software, including item sheets and purchase contracts.
- Monitor material requirements planning.
- Follow up with suppliers according to their confirmed schedules and manage weekly meetings.
- Confirm and update the availability dates of raw materials and components in the ERP system.
- Share the procurement plan for raw materials and components, highlighting discrepancies and potential shortages.
- Track goods in transit and ensure proper receipt in collaboration with the stock manager.
- Place orders for components and communicate them to suppliers.
- Contribute to monthly analyses and end-of-season reviews.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving IT systems and BI reporting.
- Dynamic and proactive disposition.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to propose solutions.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong affinity for information systems and proficiency in Excel.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in supply chain and procurement is advantageous.
