1. Configure master data for procurement in the software, including item sheets and purchase contracts.
2. Monitor material requirements planning.
3. Follow up with suppliers according to their confirmed schedules and manage weekly meetings.
4. Confirm and update the availability dates of raw materials and components in the ERP system.
5. Share the procurement plan for raw materials and components, highlighting discrepancies and potential shortages.
6. Track goods in transit and ensure proper receipt in collaboration with the stock manager.
7. Place orders for components and communicate them to suppliers.
8. Contribute to monthly analyses and end-of-season reviews.
9. Participate in projects aimed at improving IT systems and BI reporting.

3. Proficiency in English.
4. Strong affinity for information systems and proficiency in Excel.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in supply chain and procurement is advantageous.
