Hermès Supply Chain Intern

1. Configure master data for supply in software (article sheet and purchase contract)
2. Monitor material requirements planning
3. Follow up with suppliers according to their confirmed schedule and conduct weekly meetings
4. Confirm and update availability dates of raw materials and components in the ERP
5. Share the supply plan for raw materials and components, highlighting discrepancies and risks of shortages
6. Track goods in transit and ensure proper receipt in collaboration with the stock manager
7. Place orders for components and communicate them to suppliers
8. Contribute to monthly analyses and end-of-season reports
9. Participate in projects to improve IT systems and BI reporting
