1. Optimize and proactively manage leather inventory to ensure optimal availability for artisans while minimizing immobilization.
2. Conduct data analysis and ensure inventory accuracy through rigorous data management.
3. Engage in daily interactions with artisans to address their needs efficiently.
4. Serve as a key liaison for stakeholders interacting with stock, workshops, and métiers.
5. Enhance the utilization of unused leathers by optimizing processes and establishing regular engagement points.
6. Lead meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
7. Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the optimal use of unused leathers.
8. Facilitate the adoption and improvement of tracking tools based on field experience.
9. Develop performance indicators to measure and manage the reduction of dormant stocks and contribute to continuous process improvement.
