Hermès Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Intern

- Optimize and proactively manage leather inventory to ensure optimal availability for artisans while minimizing immobilization.
- Conduct data analysis and ensure inventory accuracy through rigorous data management.
- Engage in daily interactions with artisans to address their needs efficiently.
- Serve as a key liaison for stakeholders interacting with stock, workshops, and métiers.
- Enhance the utilization of unused leathers by optimizing processes and establishing regular engagement points.
- Lead meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the optimal use of unused leathers.
- Facilitate the adoption and improvement of tracking tools based on field experience.
- Develop performance indicators to measure and manage the reduction of dormant stocks and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Final-year student from an engineering school.
