- Support operational activities within the Customer Service department.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational support to account managers in daily responsibilities, including demand management, order processing, and invoicing.
- Enhance and create Excel tools for client portfolio management in conjunction with a new demand management system.
- Analyze consolidated demand plans.
- Contribute to the overhaul of performance indicators for better activity management.
- Support the team managing the major 'Silk' client account, including order portfolio management and performance indicator production.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, specializing in Supply Chain, Scheduling, or Information Systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros and databases.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
