- Oversee the supply chain for equestrian products, ensuring reliability of deliveries and optimization of stock and costs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams, including purchasing, planning, quality control, and product development.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the equestrian division by proposing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate orders for raw materials, forecasting future needs based on commercial data.
- Communicate formally with suppliers following each forecasting run and after key events.
- Manage and schedule firm orders with suppliers based on production plans and priorities.
- Monitor adherence to the supply plan on a weekly and monthly basis, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Handle supplier returns, disputes, and non-conformities, proposing appropriate solutions.
- Ensure availability of raw materials while optimizing stock levels and minimizing risks of shortages.
- Develop and implement stock management strategies, including safety stock levels and flow strategies.
- Establish performance indicators and conduct annual inventory assessments.
- Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators and prepare reports.
- Degree in Engineering or Master's in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
- 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management.
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset with dynamic and tenacious qualities.
- Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Interest and curiosity in component manufacturing processes and supplier environments.
- Team spirit and collaborative skills are essential.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English.
5 years of professional experience in supply chain management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Degree in Engineering or Master's in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
