- Assist in understanding and optimizing production processes and managing supply chain activities.
- Oversee supplier management for the equestrian product range, including initiating purchase orders and monitoring delivery adherence to production plans.
- Address supply disruptions by identifying causes, implementing corrective measures, and communicating necessary timelines.
- Manage supplier returns, disputes, and non-conformities, proposing suitable solutions.
- Track after-sales service orders for saddles from initiation to delivery.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports.
- Continue consolidating existing data on production processes with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Deploy a supplier management tool and support suppliers in transitioning to lot management.
- Enhance the monitoring of master data settings across the supply chain.
- Final-year student in a business or engineering school, passionate about supply chain management.
- Seeking a one-year apprenticeship with a preferred schedule of 2 days at school and 3 days at the company or 1 week at school and 3 weeks at the company.
- Meticulousness, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities.
- Problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.
- Interest and curiosity in production processes and supplier environments.
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Strong affinity for systems (ERP, APS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier locations.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in supply chain management is essential.
Currently enrolled in the final year of a business or engineering program.
