1. Assist in understanding and optimizing production processes and managing supply chain activities.
2. Oversee supplier management for the equestrian product range, including initiating purchase orders and monitoring delivery adherence to production plans.
3. Address supply disruptions by identifying causes, implementing corrective measures, and communicating necessary timelines.
4. Manage supplier returns, disputes, and non-conformities, proposing suitable solutions.
5. Track after-sales service orders for saddles from initiation to delivery.
6. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards and reports.
7. Continue consolidating existing data on production processes with suppliers and subcontractors.
8. Deploy a supplier management tool and support suppliers in transitioning to lot management.
9. Enhance the monitoring of master data settings across the supply chain.

1. Final-year student in a business or engineering school, passionate about supply chain management.
2. Seeking a one-year apprenticeship with a preferred schedule of 2 days at school and 3 days at the company or 1 week at school and 3 weeks at the company.

1. Meticulousness, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities.
2. Problem-solving and result-oriented mindset.
3. Interest and curiosity in production processes and supplier environments.
4. Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
5. Strong affinity for systems (ERP, APS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
6. Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier locations.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in supply chain management is essential.

Currently enrolled in the final year of a business or engineering program.
