Hermès Supply Chain Assistant Manager

- Monitor and update production progress indicators against budget objectives.
- Develop and track KPI reporting for the entire customer service division, including supply chain, quality, and sorting.
- Support the supply chain manager by leading the supply chain/expeditions team.
- Co-lead the weekly customer service meeting with the supply chain manager.
- Supervise and optimize production tracking with the supply chain coordinator.
- Oversee production priorities with workshop managers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production flow, including mastering deadlines, rework loops, operation crossing times, and load/capacity alignment.
- Participate in the development of IT tools for customer service.
- Engage in various external meetings for customer service.
- Proven experience in a production environment.
- Ability to manage production tracking and associated budgets.
- Adaptability in communication for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset adaptable to industrial settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis software, particularly Power BI.
Confirmed experience in a production environment is required.
