1. Receive deliveries in the system for direct shipments to manufacturers.
2. Follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines.
3. Update tracking tables with delivery notes.
4. Assist in the coding of components in the system.
5. Support inventory preparation.
6. Initiate production control tests.
7. Assist in cross-functional projects with the buyer.
8. Set up supply tracking tables with the buyer's assistance.
9. Manage supplier follow-ups on delivery timelines.
10. Weekly update of tracking tables.
11. Handle masters of initial production lots, including validation and archiving.
12. Initiate safety tests on production masters and track progress with external partners.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of education (Bac +5)
2. Purchasing management profile

1. Organized, meticulous, and responsive
2. Strong interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in IT tools
4. Written comprehension of Italian is a plus

No prior professional experience required, but a background in purchasing management is preferred.
