Hermès Supply Chain Analyst

- Manage a specific portfolio comprising subcontracted finished products in perfumes or beauty and select suppliers.
- Develop and communicate procurement plans to suppliers for internal and external production of raw materials and components.
- Implement routine activities with suppliers to oversee operations effectively.
- Monitor and adjust procurement progress, alerting to discrepancies or risks of shortages, and confirm availability dates for raw materials and components.
- Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions, adapting continuously to production needs.
- Collaborate with various internal departments such as planning, scheduling, and product development.
- Ensure completeness and updates of system data and configurations within the assigned scope.
- Share information and analyses with the supply team.
- Track, analyze, and optimize stock levels and coverage for the assigned portfolio.
- Propose and implement necessary tools and indicators for activity management, supported by factual data to ensure performance management.
- Bachelor's degree +5, preferably in business school with a specialization in purchasing, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
- Minimum 4-5 years of operational experience in purchasing/procurement, stock management, supply chain project management, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Professional experience in the industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and Excel for data analysis, Power BI.
- Proficient in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and interactive.
- Analytical mindset with strong reasoning abilities.
- Adaptability in constantly evolving environments, proactive.
A minimum of 4-5 years in an operational role within purchasing or procurement, with expertise in stock management and supply chain project management, preferably in the industrial sector.
Bachelor's degree +5, preferably in business school with a specialization in purchasing, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
