1. Manage the administrative aspects of the annual supplier audit program in collaboration with external audit firms and business units.
2. Participate in some audits alongside the external firm and the business unit buyer.
3. Review certain audit reports.
4. Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of audit debrief meetings.
5. Oversee post-audit action plans with suppliers in collaboration with business units.
6. Participate in audit closure visits once action plans are finalized with suppliers.
7. Update audit tracking and management tools (Power BI, newsletters, etc.).
8. Consolidate audit data for CSRD reporting.
9. Consolidate best practices identified during audits.
10. Develop HSE awareness materials and webinars for suppliers.
11. Monitor regulatory developments in HSE in France.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering with a specialization in HSE (Hygiene, Safety, and Environment).

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, internally and externally.
2. Pedagogical skills and ability to explain technical HSE topics.
3. Curiosity and active listening.
4. Ability to propose solutions and persuade others.
5. Proficiency in Italian and English is a plus.
6. Internal auditor training in HSE is a plus.

A first experience in an HSE/RSE department is a plus.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering with a specialization in HSE.

The position is based in Paris, with travel within France and occasionally to Italy and Europe.
