Hermès Supplier Audit and HSE Assistant

- Manage the administrative aspects of the annual supplier audit program in collaboration with external audit firms and internal departments.
- Participate in selected audits alongside external auditors and internal buyers.
- Review and provide feedback on audit reports.
- Prepare and facilitate audit debriefing meetings.
- Oversee post-audit action plans with suppliers, in collaboration with internal departments.
- Participate in audit closure visits once action plans are completed with suppliers.
- Update audit tracking and management tools such as Power BI and newsletters.
- Consolidate audit data for CSRD compliance.
- Compile best practices identified during audits.
- Develop and conduct HSE awareness webinars for suppliers.
- Monitor HSE regulatory changes in France.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in HSE (Hygiene, Safety, and Environment).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Pedagogical skills with the ability to explain technical HSE topics.
- Curiosity and active listening skills.
- Proactive and persuasive with the ability to propose solutions.
- Proficiency in Italian and English is advantageous.
- Training as an internal HSE auditor is a plus.
- Previous experience in an HSE/RSE department is a plus.

A first experience in an HSE/RSE department is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in HSE.
