- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure access to necessary resources, optimizing efficiency and workflow.
- Develop and manage the seasonal retro-planning in collaboration with development teams, ensuring creative needs are met.
- Establish and monitor schedules for the Creative Director and team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in the creative process, ensuring clear objectives and follow-up actions.
- Lead project management efforts, providing regular updates to the Creative Director.
- Control expenditures to remain within budget, preparing financial reports for the Creative Director.
- Organize and structure the team and workflows in alignment with the Creative Director's guidelines.
- Facilitate information exchange between the team and the Creative Director, ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Coordinate annual HR exercises in collaboration with the Creative Director, including talent reviews and performance evaluations.
- Manage the technical team, including model makers and metal piece designers, as well as the material research and know-how manager and studio assistant.
- Maintain relationships with freelancers.
- Represent the studio in internal meetings, advocating for studio needs, objectives, and priorities.
- Validate the production phase and oversee the transition to production.
- Over 5 years of operational and technical experience in a creative studio, working closely with Artistic Directors and creative teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the entire design process, including timelines and requirements.
- Ability to motivate, engage, and lead a team, solve challenges, and maintain clear communication and a harmonious work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a pragmatic approach and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and capability to navigate between departments and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliability, proactivity, and an understanding of the creative nature, with a commitment to finding solutions and achieving studio objectives.
Over 5 years of operational and technical experience in a creative studio, working closely with Artistic Directors and creative teams.
