Hermès Store Runner

- Support sales teams by retrieving additional sizes, colors, and options for clients across multiple floors and product categories.
- Transport products between floors and back-of-house areas as needed for client advisors and stock teams.
- Ensure efficient and precise stocking and replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor and back-of-house, adhering to Smart Ops principles.
- Collaborate with cashiers to collect returned products for re-labeling by the stock team.
- Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts as directed by the line manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockrooms in line with visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Assist sales teams with quantity checks, wrapping, and packing during transactions.
- Support the stock team in placing products in designated areas following deliveries.
- Replenish packaging, stationery, and fragrance samples upon advice and agreement of the Line and Shopfloor Manager.
- Assist the client experience team with reservations, after-sales services, alterations, customer orders, and linked payment purchases.
- Support the shop floor team with customer-facing duties, including clearing fitting rooms and managing shoe boxes and clothing.
- Apply loss prevention techniques and ensure product care at all times.
- Direct clients to the client experience team or floor manager for assistance when approached.
- Assist clients with carrying purchases to specified locations upon manager request.
- Excellent communication skills
