1. Support sales team by retrieving additional sizes, colors, and options for clients.
2. Deliver and move products between floors and back-of-house areas.
3. Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished efficiently.
4. Collect returned products from cash counters and deliver them for re-labeling.
5. Participate in store inventory and cycle counts.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockrooms.
7. Assist sales team with product transactions, wrapping, and packing.
8. Place products in designated areas following deliveries.
9. Replenish packaging, stationery, and fragrance samples as needed.
10. Assist client experience team with reservations, after-sales, and customer orders.
11. Support shop floor team with clearing fitting rooms and other customer-facing duties.
12. Apply loss prevention techniques and direct clients to appropriate staff for assistance.
13. Assist clients with carrying purchases when requested.

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
