Hermès Store Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize store performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
