1. Proven experience in a maintenance coordination role, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
