1. Welcome and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Provide information about the store layout and product locations.
3. Facilitate customer flow and manage queues during peak times.
4. Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness.
5. Support the sales team by directing customers to appropriate sales associates.

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
2. Proficiency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
