- Define and develop the store's strategic identity and market positioning.
- Collaborate with boutique managers and retail directors to achieve company objectives, including budget targets and customer development.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and uphold exemplary customer service standards.
- Oversee inventory management and organizational development.
- Lead sales development and management efforts, ensuring a balanced product mix and effective sales incentives.
- Maintain and enhance customer relations, supervising CRM activities and supporting clienteling initiatives.
- Manage operational effectiveness, including new store launches and renovations.
- Act as a liaison between stores and corporate functions for operational issues.
- Guide and develop the store team, ensuring alignment with traffic and sales trends.
- Reinforce customer service standards and address client issues promptly.
- Over 8-10 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or the luxury industry.
- Proven management experience with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Exceptional people management skills, including communication and coaching abilities.
- Cross-functional working skills and ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Fluency in Korean and English; French proficiency is advantageous.
