Hermès Stock Runner

- Organize stockrooms and ensure new deliveries are put away daily.
- Retrieve items for the sales team during peak seasons.
- Maintain clean, neat, and organized stockrooms.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to support boutique targets and client experiences.
- Quickly locate merchandise and retrieve additional sizes, colors, and options.
- Deliver and move products between floors as needed.
- Engage clients with a friendly and warm attitude, providing exceptional service.
- Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished efficiently and precisely.
- Work with the Inventory Control team to reticket merchandise returns and return them to the floor or stock.
- Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
- Support client and sales team requests across multiple floors and product categories.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock room.
- Assist the selling team with stock and size inquiries.
- Optimize stock and inventory workflow, space utilization, and sales objectives.
- Complete operational tasks related to inventory, transfers, and other tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support business needs.
- Support the shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts.
- Perform other operational duties as needed.
- Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Previous experience in a retail or stock management role is preferred.
The hourly range for this position is $22.31 to $27.00, determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
