- Organize and maintain stockrooms, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Efficiently manage new deliveries and ensure timely stocking of merchandise.
- Retrieve items for the sales team during peak periods to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to meet boutique targets.
- Engage with clients warmly, providing exceptional service.
- Support inventory processes including store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
- Assist in product movement between floors as required.
- Optimize stock organization to enhance workflow and sales objectives.
- Perform operational tasks related to inventory and transfers.
- Support shipping and receiving teams with daily receipts.
- Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with a gracious approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in a retail or stock management role is preferred.
The hourly range for this position is $22.31 - $24.65, determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
