1. Organize and maintain stockrooms, ensuring cleanliness and order.
2. Efficiently manage new deliveries and ensure timely stocking of merchandise.
3. Retrieve items for the sales team during peak periods to enhance client experience.
4. Collaborate with the Operations team to meet boutique targets.
5. Engage with clients warmly, providing exceptional service.
6. Support inventory processes including store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
7. Assist in product movement between floors as required.
8. Optimize stock organization to enhance workflow and sales objectives.
9. Perform operational tasks related to inventory and transfers.
10. Support shipping and receiving teams with daily receipts.

The hourly range for this position is $22.31 - $24.65, determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
