Hermès Stock Manager

- Manage internal and external product loan requests, ensuring timely preparation, dispatch, and return of items.
- Oversee daily studio flows, including those related to fashion shows, events, and inventory post-Podium.
- Coordinate with the conservatory for collection sessions and archival of pieces at CAMA for historical purposes.
- Ensure the preparation and dispatch of wardrobe boxes and maintain stock organization.
- Monitor and report on the status of loan requests, ensuring no overlap in needs across departments.
- Facilitate logistics for transporting pieces for events, fittings, and photoshoots.
- Participate in the installation of new collections for fashion shows and manage post-editing piece distribution.
- Optimize stock archives at CAMA, identifying unnecessary duplicates and ensuring completeness of recent seasons.
- Organize and participate in destocking and inventory operations, ensuring alignment between physical and digital stock records.
- Contribute to the improvement of product identification processes for samples and prototypes.
- Studies in logistics or supply chain management

Experience in logistics or supply chain management within the fashion industry is preferred.
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
