1. Manage product loan requests, including centralizing requests, preparing products, and coordinating shipments.
2. Receive and verify returned products, ensuring proper closure of loan requests in the system.
3. Maintain and update the loan calendar and track loan volumes.
4. Participate in stock clearance and inventory operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation of physical and digital stock records.
5. Assist in the installation and transfer of new collections in the showroom.
6. Support the Identity Team during new collection photoshoots and ensure product conformity for shoots.
7. Organize and dispatch wardrobe boxes for events, collaborating with the press coordinator.

Experience in logistics or supply chain management is required.

Degree in logistics or supply chain management.
