Hermès Stock Management Specialist

- Ensure the reliability of stock at the Saint-Priest logistics platform, including monitoring inventory progress and calculating shrinkage.
- Support logistics partners in adhering to stock management processes.
- Optimize storage locations in collaboration with logistics partners.
- Organize and oversee the sale and recycling of materials.
- Analyze and manage excess and non-qualitative stock in collaboration with various departments, including Procurement, Collections, Commercial Development, and Sustainability.
- Organize and manage stock transfers, including disposals, donations, and sales.
- Guide leather goods departments in managing and reducing non-essential stock levels.
- Oversee the destocking of leather, metal materials, and textiles across the network.
- Manage training stocks for leather, metal materials, and textiles by reclassifying non-qualitative or excess materials according to site needs.
- Serve as the Power BI reference for the logistics and transport team.
- Participate in BI committees and the HMS360 project to create accurate datasets.
- Update and develop BI reports to ensure reliable demand calculations.
- Improve and evolve stock management processes and associated IT flows.
- Actively participate in Project Salto, developing a digital platform for obsolete materials, components, and products across métiers.
- Enhance and manage the volumetric saturation of the logistics platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools, particularly Power BI.
- Strong knowledge and interest in systems (ERP, WMS) and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with numerous stakeholders.
- Field-oriented with a passion for operational tasks.
- Ability to develop agility and versatility.
- Organized and meticulous, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong synthesis and writing skills, with a proactive approach.
- Driver's license and personal vehicle preferred for platform access.
Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management, ideally within an industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
