Hermès Stock Controller

- Oversee the accurate management of store stock, ensuring synchronization between physical and system-based flows.
- Manage daily replenishment of sales floor storage areas, including products and packaging.
- Monitor expired reservations and reintegrate them into available stock.
- Assist in correcting negative stocks and manage defective products.
- Conduct stock takes and cycle counts, producing reports for validation.
- Propose corrective actions to improve stock take results and reduce shrinkage.
- Optimize storage organization and implement best practices in stock procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams to improve storage practices and customer order management.
- Communicate with corporate stakeholders regarding stock-related matters.
- Report on operational issues and stock-related KPIs, proposing corrective actions.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools.
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
- Service-oriented and proactive in proposing improvements.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
A minimum of 2 years in operations, with a preference for experience within the luxury sector.
The hourly range for this position is $22.31 to $27.00, determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
