Stock Controller

1. Manage day-to-day stock operations and ensure synchronization between physical and system-based flows.
2. Replenish storage areas on the sales floor daily.
3. Monitor and close expired reservations, reintegrating them into available stock.
4. Assist in correcting negative stocks and manage defective products.
5. Prepare for stock takes and cycle counts.
6. Investigate discrepancies and produce reports for validation.
7. Propose corrective actions to improve stock take results and reduce shrinkage.
8. Optimize storage organization and implement best practices.
9. Collaborate with sales and after-sales teams on storage and customer orders.
10. Communicate with corporate stakeholders on stock-related matters.
11. Contribute to team meetings and report on operational issues.

1. 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to work with sales teams and liaise with corporate.
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to multi-task with accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Organized, reliable, and proactive.
6. Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
7. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.

2+ years of experience in operations, with a preference for experience in a luxury environment.

The hourly range for this position is $22.31 to $27.00, determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
