Hermès Stock Assistant

- Ensure secure, well-maintained, and accessible stock storage.
- Verify correct price tagging of products.
- Maintain accurate understanding of store stock and ensure stockroom organization.
- Implement storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices, including 5S control and KPI tracking, and suggest improvements.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock takes, resolve discrepancies, and report stock-related issues.
- Manage all stock movements and related system inputs.
- Replenish sales floor storage areas and check stock reservations daily.
- Assist on the sales floor as needed, including running stocks, packaging, checking stock availability, and handling phone inquiries.
- Deliver products to shops and customers as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or operations within luxury retail or a similar capacity.
- Energetic, passionate, and positive working attitude.
- Pleasant, honest, hard-working, flexible, service-minded, and well-organized.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly Excel.
- Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
A minimum of three years in inventory management or operations within the luxury retail sector or a similar field is required.
