Hermès Stock Assistant

- Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
- Pack and unpack merchandise efficiently.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing stock transfers and validate stock.
- Assist in organizing and participating in store cycle counts, bi-annual inventories, and reconciliation under the guidance of the Store Manager.
- Process all incoming and outgoing shipments on the day they are generated.
- Assist in processing, recording, maintaining, and following up on all reservations and after-sales service.
- Ensure accurate knowledge and tracking of Boutique stock.
- Store stock appropriately, securely, and ensure it is easily accessible by staff.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the stockroom.
- Assist the sales team with stock replenishment.
- Previous stock experience preferred.
- High standard of customer service, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Professionalism.
Previous experience in stock management or a related field is preferred.
