- Ensure optimal management of store inventory, maintaining accuracy and organization.
- Pack and unpack merchandise efficiently.
- Manage all stock transfers and validations, both incoming and outgoing.
- Assist in organizing and participating in store cycle counts and bi-annual inventories, in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Process all shipments within the business day they are generated.
- Handle reservations and after-sales services, ensuring proper recording and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of Boutique stock and ensure it is stored securely and accessibly.
- Keep the stockroom tidy and assist the sales team with stock replenishment.
- Previous experience in stock management preferred.
- High standard of customer service and presentation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
