Hermès Special Events Coordinator

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and punctuality.
- Develop creative concepts and themes for events to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
- Evaluate event success and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of brand management and luxury market dynamics.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating high-profile events, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
