- Implement a Software Asset Management (SAM) governance framework to ensure software license compliance and cost optimization.
- Serve as the primary reference for software assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct software inventories and produce monthly reports for the budget manager.
- Monitor contractual compliance of deployments, identifying discrepancies between purchases and actual usage.
- Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for software.
- Educate stakeholders, including technical teams and business users, on best licensing practices.
- Assist the Contract Manager in preparing supplier negotiations.
- Participate in internal and external software audits in collaboration with technical, legal, and financial teams.
- Maintain active awareness of licensing model evolutions and associated metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software asset or license management.
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of licensing metrics and models (SaaS, On Premise).
- Ability to analyze complex data and propose optimization actions.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and synthesis ability.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with TANIUM is advantageous.
- Knowledge of IT environments (infrastructure, operations) and Cloud platforms is appreciated.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years in software asset management or license management is required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
