- Update and manage the social media publication calendar, particularly for Instagram.
- Publish content on social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
- Brief content writers, select texts, and oversee validation for Instagram.
- Moderate comments and private messages on social media, enhancing the moderation guidelines.
- Track and analyze incoming comments and messages on social media.
- Create tracked links for social media content.
- Receive and test content intended for social media platforms.
- Validate preview links for social media advertising campaigns.
- Report on the performance of social media activations.
- Provide summaries on new trends and media communication developments through data analysis and external event participation.
- Assist in analyzing social data for social listening reports.
- Manage and distribute an internal newsletter on digital innovations and trends.
- Support the social media team in organizing internal meetings focused on trend and innovation analysis.
- Enhance a database dedicated to social media formats and best practices.
- Monitor content rights.
- Track and escalate customer complaints to relevant departments.
- Engage regularly with internal Hermès teams and external partners such as Meta, Pinterest, and Google.
- Advanced degree (Master's level) in digital communication or equivalent.
- Demonstrated digital curiosity in both web 2.0 and web3.
- Keen awareness of new digital trends and sensitivity to international social media management issues.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Dynamic, curious, organized, meticulous, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and flawless spelling in French and English.
