Social Media Project Assistant Intern

1. Manage object requests by artists and art buying teams for Instagram.
2. Handle workshop visit requests by artists and art buying teams for Instagram.
3. Organize and track the shipment of objects to shooting locations.
4. Update the Hermès object reference document for artists.
5. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions for upcoming Instagram content.
6. Assist in implementing paid social media campaigns.
7. Conduct statistical analysis and reporting on social media performance.
8. Moderate comments and private messages on social media.
9. Document and escalate customer complaints to relevant departments.
10. Analyze incoming social media conversations.
11. Contribute to social media data analysis and ad-hoc Social Intelligence studies.
12. Explore emerging social media practices.
13. Monitor Web 2.0 and Web3 trends.

1. Student interested in communication and social media, ideally with initial corporate experience.
2. Proactive, curious, and highly organized.
3. Looking for an active and operational role.
4. Operational English and proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, Internet).
5. Sensitivity to high-end products.
6. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Strong interpersonal skills.

Ideally, some initial corporate experience.

Student status required.

Full-time internship for 6 months starting in September 2025, based in Paris.
