Hermès Social Media Data Intelligence Project Manager

- Collect and analyze data from social media and the web to assess Hermès' e-reputation.
- Implement and optimize tools for web listening and social data analysis.
- Produce regular reports on Hermès' online image, identifying trends and weak signals.
- Contribute to the detection and analysis of cultural movements and relevant insights for the brand.
- Propose innovative social media activation strategies.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a digital communication agency specializing in e-reputation, web listening, and social data analysis.
- Advanced degree (equivalent to BAC +5) in fields such as Economics, Political Science, CELSA, or Social Data Sciences.
- Expertise in web listening tools and a strong affinity for AI.
- Knowledge of the luxury sector and its challenges.
- Technological awareness of innovations in social data analysis and e-reputation.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, manage urgent situations, and handle stress.
- Excellent general culture and a keen interest in investigation, economic, societal, and geopolitical news.
- Proficiency in English.
2 to 5 years of experience in a digital communication agency specializing in e-reputation, web listening, and social data analysis.
Advanced degree (equivalent to BAC +5) in Economics, Political Science, CELSA, or Social Data Sciences.
