- Plan short-term production schedules and requisition necessary raw materials.
- Support production teams in monitoring and managing work-in-progress.
- Oversee logistics teams to ensure adherence to the Master Production Schedule, customer priorities, and material availability while managing unforeseen challenges.
- Coordinate the procurement of essential raw materials such as leather, metal materials, and various components.
- Monitor the progress of production orders with precise management of work-in-progress, addressing delivery advances or delays against site budget commitments.
- Ensure data accuracy in production information systems (e.g., ERP) and verify the coherence of physical and digital flows.
- Optimize stock levels and quality, proposing solutions for surplus and dormant inventory.
- Establish and manage specific flows, including subcontracting and special components.
- Initiate and conduct regular inventories to ensure alignment between physical and digital stock records, and prepare reports.
- Generate supply indicators for the site, including production plan adherence, stock levels, aged work-in-progress, and material consumption.
- Manage the site's logistics team, consisting of two Stock Managers.
- Contribute occasionally to various cross-functional supply chain projects within the Group.
- Higher education with a specialization in production management or supply chain, or a minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Proven technical skills in production management and flow (PDP, MRP, scheduling, procurement, inventory management).
- Proficiency in planning and office tools, with a keen interest in data management.
- Understanding of basic ERP concepts.
- Strong affinity for fieldwork and interaction with production teams.
