1. Plan short-term production and call for necessary raw materials.
2. Support production teams in monitoring and managing work in progress.
3. Manage logistics teams and coordinate the production schedule according to the Master Production Plan, customer priorities, material availability, and unforeseen events.
4. Call for raw materials required for site production, including leather, metal materials, and various components.
5. Monitor the progress of production orders and manage delivery advances or delays against site budget commitments.
6. Ensure data accuracy in production information systems (such as ERP) and verify the coherence of physical and information flows.
7. Optimize stock levels and quality, propose solutions for surplus and dormant stocks.
8. Establish and manage specific flows such as subcontracting and special components.
9. Conduct regular inventories to ensure consistency between physical and information stocks and prepare reports.
10. Produce site supply indicators such as production plan adherence, stock levels, old work in progress, and material consumption.
11. Manage the site's logistics team, including two stock managers.
12. Contribute occasionally to various cross-functional supply chain projects within the Group.

1. Higher education with a specialization in production management or supply chain, or 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role.

1. Proven technical skills in production management and flow (PDP, CBN, planning, scheduling, procurement, stock management).
2. Proficiency in planning and office tools, with an interest in managing data.
3. Knowledge of basic ERP concepts.
4. Strong interest in fieldwork and interaction with production teams.
