1. Coordinate the assembly and distribution of badges for subsidiaries, internal and external participants.
2. Manage visitor files and meeting room schedules before and during events, ensuring daily updates.
3. Assist with cloakroom duties on a daily basis.
4. Compile and track the Retroplanning Métiers.
5. Support the preparation of the Support Teams presentation.
6. Monitor subsidiary attendance in MyPodium.
7. Prepare badge lists for printing and manage badge distribution logistics.
8. Assist in organizing transportation and lunch arrangements for buyers.
9. Update and distribute crests, ensuring accurate beneficiary lists for printing and distribution.
10. Allocate workspace for buyers and update relevant information in both French and English for stakeholders.
11. Conduct daily lunch accounting for buyers and manage stock organization of event materials.

1. Degree from a business school with at least initial experience in similar roles.

1. Dynamic, rigorous, punctual, and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities and service-oriented mindset.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in English.

At least initial experience in similar roles is required.

Degree from a business school.
