Hermès Showroom Coordination Assistant

- Coordinate the assembly and distribution of badges for subsidiaries, internal and external participants.
- Manage visitor files and meeting room schedules before and during events, ensuring daily updates.
- Assist with cloakroom duties on a daily basis.
- Compile and track the Retroplanning Métiers.
- Support the preparation of the Support Teams presentation.
- Monitor subsidiary attendance in MyPodium.
- Prepare badge lists for printing and manage badge distribution logistics.
- Assist in organizing transportation and lunch arrangements for buyers.
- Update and distribute crests, ensuring accurate beneficiary lists for printing and distribution.
- Allocate workspace for buyers and update relevant information in both French and English for stakeholders.
- Conduct daily lunch accounting for buyers and manage stock organization of event materials.
- Degree from a business school with at least initial experience in similar roles.
- Dynamic, rigorous, punctual, and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English.
At least initial experience in similar roles is required.
Degree from a business school.
