- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and service strategy with a three-year plan, achieving annual targets.
- Ensure regional consistency in retail strategy, customer service, and brand image.
- Enhance the caliber of talent, supporting structure, and retail performance.
- Support the Travel Retail Director in defining vision and strategies, leading retail and service teams.
- Set precise objectives and retail KPIs, monitoring progress throughout the year.
- Lead service excellence efforts, ensuring optimal customer experiences.
- Conduct regular meetings with Store Managers to unify the network and share best practices.
- Organize retail activity and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Collaborate with departments to maintain aesthetic quality in retail stores.
- Support negotiations with landlords, manage contractual terms, and oversee construction phases.
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to animate the store environment.
- Plan and manage annual budgets, re-estimations, and sales targets in collaboration with Finance.
- Design and monitor KPIs, implementing data-driven commercial strategies.
- Define retail strategy in alignment with global Travel Retail strategy, optimizing stock.
- Plan and set OTB, product mix, and inventory levels for Podium and Preview Buy.
- Participate in Podium buying events in France.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff, fostering talent growth.
- Collaborate with HR and Store Managers on recruitment, training, and talent management.
- Maintain a cohesive work environment through team building and motivation.
- Execute Annual Staff Sales for the Mid Pac region with HR and local retail teams.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with Retail Partners and landlords.
- Tertiary education with at least 10 years of relevant management experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
- Experience working with retail partners preferred.
- Ability to manage teams remotely with regional experience appreciated.
- Result-oriented with hands-on store and operations management experience.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive performance and inspire growth in a fast-changing environment.
- Customer-centric with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin; French is a plus.
- Hands-on computer knowledge of MS Office.
