Senior Supply Chain Analyst

1. Manage supplier relationships to ensure material and component availability for production.
2. Conduct performance analyses and anticipate purchasing needs.
3. Coordinate with internal teams such as purchasing, scheduling, planning, quality, invoicing, and stock.
4. Place and manage orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely delivery.
5. Negotiate and integrate supplier delivery schedules into the ERP system.
6. Monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
7. Manage stock and ensure first-choice material storage.
8. Establish partnerships with suppliers and conduct regular meetings.
9. Communicate and align with internal partners on scheduling and production priorities.
10. Analyze supplier performance KPIs and develop action plans for improvement.

1. Higher education degree Bac +5 (engineering or business school).
2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in production or supply chain roles.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, ideally M3.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Customer-oriented mindset.
5. Fluency in English.
