Senior Retail Operations Project Manager

1. Deploy the SmartOps model to optimize store operational performance and enhance customer service quality.
2. Support local Operations Managers in conducting studies and using tools, assisting in adapting Group procedures locally.
3. Propose organizational improvements to streamline non-sales tasks.
4. Assist subsidiaries in implementing SmartOps organizational recommendations.
5. Implement best practices for organizational performance, space optimization, and technical solutions.
6. Build and maintain tools for store team sizing.
7. Analyze transformation effects on human, technological, financial, and security aspects.
8. Lead retail operations IT projects as Business Owner.
9. Formalize user needs and define business objectives.
10. Participate in planning and coordination with IT teams.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience.
2. Bachelor's degree +5 (Business or Engineering School).

1. Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
2. Experience in organizational improvement, operational efficiency, or project management.
3. Proficiency in information systems and tools.
4. Fluent in English, both oral and written.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of retail ERP systems is a plus.
7. Understanding of RFID technology.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Bachelor's degree +5 (Business or Engineering School).

Maternity leave replacement, limited contract starting in April.
