Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of Asset Protection and operational performance.
2. Deliver monthly metrics, Asset Protection reports, and cycle count reconciliation findings.
3. Identify, investigate, and resolve internal policy or procedure violations.
4. Manage asset protection timelines for new store projects and renovations.
5. Conduct detailed diagnoses and generate reports on offsite warehouses.
6. Enhance professional relationships with key stakeholders and law enforcement.
7. Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain communication records.
8. Develop and communicate monthly posters regarding shrink causes and theft trends.
9. Participate in internal regional conference calls and contribute to newsletters.
10. Oversee security-related elements for events.
11. Facilitate fire safety training programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
12. Provide support and training to retail locations.
13. Provide on-call support for alarm responses and maintain security systems.
14. Oversee budgets and financial controls.
15. Train, develop, and supervise the Asset Protection teams.

1. 6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher.
2. Luxury retail experience preferred.
3. Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing skills certification.

1. Experience with EBR reporting.
2. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to learn software programs quickly.
4. Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
5. Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Strong partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher, preferably in luxury retail.

The range for this position is $112,925.08 - $133,456.92 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
