Hermès Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of Asset Protection and operational performance to identify areas impacting shrink and inventory control.
- Deliver monthly metrics, Asset Protection reports, and cycle count reconciliation findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve internal policy or procedure violations using exception-based reporting and daily analytics.
- Manage asset protection timelines for new store projects and renovations, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Conduct detailed diagnoses and generate reports on offsite warehouses for optimal product storage.
- Enhance professional relationships with key stakeholders and law enforcement representatives.
- Ensure meticulous preparation of reports and maintenance of communication records.
- Develop and communicate monthly educational materials on shrink causes and recovery tactics.
- Participate in regional conference calls and contribute to newsletters.
- Oversee security elements for HOP events, ensuring robust safety measures.
- Facilitate fire safety training programs and evaluate compliance with regulations.
- Provide support and training to retail locations as needed.
- Offer on-call support for alarm responses and maintain security systems.
- Oversee budgets and financial controls within designated regions.
- Train, develop, and supervise the Asset Protection teams.
- 6+ years of experience as a retail Asset Protection Manager or higher, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience with EBR reporting.
- Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing skills certification.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A minimum of six years in a retail Asset Protection Manager role or higher, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
The salary range for this position is $112,925.08 - $133,456.92 annually, determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
