Hermès Senior Product Manager - Equestrian

- Collaborate with the Collection Manager to propose strategic product offerings and innovative development ideas in alignment with the métier's growth strategy.
- Oversee the entire product development process from creative brief to initial logistics delivery, ensuring adherence to Hermès quality standards and commercial commitments.
- Draft creative briefs detailing usage, functionality, materials, manufacturing techniques, pricing, and development timelines for the creative teams.
- Coordinate with designers and stylists to communicate key creative intentions.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to development timelines, facilitating seamless transition from creation to industrialization.
- Manage product development budgets and maintain detailed project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and customs requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new development opportunities and strategic market needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in equestrian sports is essential, with a general affinity for sports being advantageous.
- Strong initiative and curiosity with an external focus.
- Keen product sensitivity with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills, structured thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to anticipate, organize, and maintain rigor.
- Commitment and team spirit.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar product management role within a related industry is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field.
